    GMB Instructions

    1. – Sign in to Google My Business.
    2. – Make sure you’re using card view. If you’re viewing your locations as a list instead of cards, switch to card view by clicking the cards icon on the right side above your locations.
    3. – Choose the listing you’d like to manage and click Manage location.
    4. – Click Users from the menu.
    5. – In the top right corner of the “Managers of [your business]” box that appears, click the “Invite new managers” icon.
    6. – Add “boostbydesign@gmail.com” and select our role by clicking Manager below our email.
    7. – Click Invite. Invitees will have the option to accept the invitation and immediately become listing owners or managers.
    Analytics Instructions

    1. – Sign in to Google Analytics..
    2. – Click Admin and navigate to the desired account (if you have more then one).
    3. – In the ACCOUNT column, click User Management.
    4. – In the “Add permissions for:” field, enter “boostbydesign@gmail.com”.
    5. – Use the dropdown box and make sure “Edit”,”Collaborate”, and “Read & Analyze” are selected.
    6. – Check “Notify this user by email”.
    7. – Click Add.

      • Go to your Ad Account Settings. You may be asked to re-enter your password.
      • Click Ad Account Roles.
      • Click Add a User and then enter seo@boostbydesign.com.
      • Click the dropdown menu to choose admin and then click Submit.
